About our One Room Cabins
Experience rustic family camping in one of our 12' x 12' cabins (plus a 6' x 12' porch). Each cabin contains a double bed, 1 set of twin size bunk beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan with light, porch light, cable TV connection (TV required) and outside there is a picnic table, a fire ring, as well as water & an outside electric connection. 4 people maximum occupancy in a one room cabin. No pets allowed.
About our Two Room Cabins Our rustic two room cabins can easily accommodate up to six people. These cabins are 16' x 12' (plus a 6' x 12' porch) and contain one double bed, 2 sets of twin size bunk beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan with light, porch light, cable TV connection (TV required) and outside there is a picnic table, a fire ring, as well as water & an outside electric connection. Six people maximum occupancy in a two room cabin. No pets allowed.
About our Trailer Rentals
Enjoy all the luxuries of home in our late model 38' X 12' air conditioned Park Model rentals. Each Park Model will sleep up to six family members, has a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a 26" LCD television w/ DVD player and cable TV. No pets allowed.
Conditions for Cabin & Trailer Rentals
Rates do not include 7% NJ sales tax.
Rates are based on 1 family occupancy (2 adults & 2 children under age 18)
No overnight visitors in cabins.
During July and August cabin reservations are accepted for a minimum of 5 nights. For Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and Pirate's weekend we have a 3 night minimum. All other dates cabin reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
We require a $100 (per week) deposit to reserve a cabin.
We require a $500 (per week) deposit to reserve a trailer.
Trailer Rentals must be paid in full 30 days in advance of your arrival date.
A security deposit is required to protect against loss due to broken or missing items or excessive site or trailer/cabin cleanup after checkout. Cabins and trailer rentals are inspected between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM by our cleaning crew. A credit card account number is the preferred method of securing your deposit. Your account will not be charged at check in but will be charged in the event of missing items, damages, or if excessive cleaning is required.
We are open weekends only from April 13 to April 27.
Cabin rental check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Check-in time 1:00 p.m.
Trailer rental check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 2 p.m.
Cancellation policy: Refunds of rental deposits given only when we are notified of cancellation at least 4 weeks before arrival date. There will be a service charge.
Lake and Pool are open during Peak Season only and some dates in June. Activities are limited during our Off Season periods.
