Conditions for NJ Cottage Rentals
- Cottage Rental rates are based on 1 family occupancy (2 adults & 2 children under age 18). The maximum number of adults permitted in a cottage rental is 2. Maximum number of occupants is 6. Rates are for 4 people, there is a fee for additional family members. Visitors to cottage rental for part of any day will cost $10 per person, no overnight visitors in cottage rentals.
- Linens are not provided by the resort. You must bring linens and pillows with you.
- Cottage rentals are cleaned in between occupants. There is no daily cleaning service. Renter is expected to leave trailer in reasonably clean condition.
- No pets in cottage rentals. No smoking in cottage rentals.
- All cottage rentals are rented Saturday to Saturday and require a minimum $500.00 deposit per week. Non-refundable payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cottage rental check-out time is 10:00 AM. Check-in is 2:00 PM.
- A security deposit is required to protect against loss due to broken or missing items or excessive site or trailer cleanup after checkout. Cottage rentals are inspected between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM by our cleaning crew. A credit card account number is the preferred method of securing your deposit. Your account will not be charged at check in but will be charged in the event of missing items, damages, or if excessive cleaning is required in cottage rental.
- Cottage Rental Cancellation policy: Cottage rental deposit is non-refundable unless we are notified of cancellation at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. A $300 campsite hold fee will be charged.
